1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any software product from Stray Current Software (a trading name of InShift Media Limited), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial music production purposes. This license is perpetual and includes all future updates to the purchased product version.

You may install and use the software on multiple computers, provided you are the primary user of all such computers. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license with others.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and related materials remain the intellectual property of InShift Media Limited. Your license grants usage rights only; ownership is not transferred.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via download link and license key sent to the email address provided at purchase. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

5. Support

We provide email support for installation issues, bugs, and general usage questions. Support is provided in English and is available via support@straycurrent.co.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with all systems. We recommend testing with a trial version (where available) before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InShift Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
