Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final once a product has been activated or downloaded. We encourage you to review product descriptions, system requirements, and demo versions (where available) before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Your license has not yet been activated
  • You experience a technical issue we are unable to resolve

Refunds are not available for activated licenses, as digital products cannot be "returned" once in use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@straycurrent.co with:

  • Your order number or purchase email
  • The product name
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
